Pretty obviously I’m sticking with Hawkeyethenew here as he was a big eye catcher last time out when left with too much to do. He has form here on this ground and provided his jockey today can ride 11/1 is big in this race.

The day finally came in style and he won with a bit in hand here after  long wait.

Squats was a disappointment on his first run this year but I would expect him to be fitter here today. He is pretty unexposed in these handicaps and if he improved today with a 7lbs claimer on he should stand a chance at a big price.
Great 2nd here to penalize our win only policy at the moment
Balty Boys hasn’t been great this year but is well capable of this mark and has sparked into life before after poor runs.25/1 looks a bit of value.

Pipers note looked a hoerse on the up in sprints last year and I wouldn’t be at all surprise if he can get going here today at a decent price on this mark. Louis the Pious can be a top 6f horse on his day and his pipe opener this year can be ignored. he is worth the risk at 33/1

Coolmore has been a bit disappointing this year but my guess is she needs further and hated the soft ground. One look at her easy beating of Anamba last year on good ground over 7 last year in a very decent race would reinforce that opinion. She is drawn well here and I’d be expecting a very significant better run today. 33/1 makes this worthwhile especially with the 4 places from Sky
